MacSafety Solutions offers defined monthly arrangements for businesses that need access to health and safety advice, scheduled reviews or regular construction-site support.
The right package depends on your work, number of active sites, expected response time and whether site visits are required. We agree those boundaries in writing so you know what is included and when additional work would need a separate quotation.
Monthly support helps keep routine reviews, planned visits and priority actions visible before they become urgent. It does not transfer the client’s legal responsibilities or replace competent management and supervision.

What is agreed before support begins?
We confirm the businesses and sites covered, monthly time or visits, response expectations, travel arrangements, document allowances, reporting format and charges for work outside the package.
Clear boundaries protect both sidesFull investigations, new project plans, substantial RAMS preparation, training, face-fit testing, enforcement support and out-of-hours attendance are separately quoted unless the written package specifically includes them.
